INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINES TO OBTAIN BEST RESULT
» Homoeopathic medicines are usually dispensed from our clinics to the patients. Dispensing is compulsory because there are few permutations and combinations which cannot be prescribed as is done in conventional system of medicine.
» Keep the medicine in a cool, dark and dry place away from things that smell
» Avoid exposure of medicines to direct sun light.
» These medicines are ready for usage. Usually Homoeopathic medicines have no expiry as such, but still it is recommended to have fresh preparation of medicines.
» Avoid taking food immediately before or after the medicine. It should be dissolved on a clean tongue, when the mouth is free from effect of tobacco, garlic, onion, ginger, cigarette, pan, gutka, minty tooth paste, camphor, coffee or any other strongly flavored things.
» HALF AN HOUR RULE: Ideally a gap of half an hour between consuming the homeopathic medicine and eating or drinking anything is recommended. Do not drink water immediately after consuming the homeopathic medicine.
» Avoid consuming excessively sour food or beverages. Also avoid the consumption of raw onions and garlic. Very strong flavours of any kind that linger in your mouth interfere with the action of homeopathic medicines. Constant consumption of any food or beverage which results in lasting flavours in your mouth will interfere with the action of the homeopathic medicine.
» Touch the globules only with clean hands if you must. They should be tipped into the container cap or clean paper and dropped into the mouth.
» Strong odors in the room, where the medicines are stored or the application of strong perfumes, application of strong smelling oils and ointments for pain relief etc. while consuming homeopathic medicines has shown to decrease the efficacy of homeopathic medicines. Please avoid.
» To obtain best absorption, tablets or globules should be chewed or sucked, not swallowed whole. While taking drops, pour them into a spoon or a glass containing a little water which is as pure as possible. Keep this solution obtained in the mouth for a few seconds before swallowing.
» Strictly follow the regime of medicine. The medicines are to be taken separately, in a specific order and at specific intervals as prescribed or as explained during dispensing of the medicines at the clinics. Please confirm how to take the medicines with the Clinic, if you have any doubts.
» Homeopathic medicines work best when taken on a completely empty stomach.
